Return & Exchange Policy – Rafee's Foods

At Rafee's Foods, customer satisfaction and product quality are our highest priority.
Since our chocolates are fresh, edible, and perishable items, we follow a strict No Return Policy.

However, in specific cases listed below, we do offer Free Exchange.


1. No Return Policy

Rafees Foods does not accept returns for any reason, including:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong selection

  • Personal taste preferences

  • Gifting issues

Once the order is delivered, it cannot be returned.


2. Free Exchange Policy (Eligible Cases Only)

We offer free exchange if the delivered item has:

Smell Issues

If the chocolate has an unusual or spoiled smell.

Expired Product

If a product is mistakenly delivered with an expired date.

Damaged Product

If chocolates arrive broken, melted, crushed, leaked, or liquid form due to mishandling during delivery.

Quality Issues

If the product is not in edible condition upon arrival.

In all these cases, we will replace the product at ZERO cost.


3. Conditions for Exchange

To qualify for a free exchange:

  • Provide clear photo or video proof of the issue

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order

  • Do not consume the affected product

  • Original packaging should be visible in the proof

5. Exchange Timeframe

Once approved, your replacement product will be dispatched within 1–2 working days.


6. Important Notes

  • No exchanges will be processed without proof.

  • Only one exchange request per order is allowed.

  • Shipping charges for exchange are FREE.

  • Rafees Foods reserves the right to approve or deny exchange based on inspection of shared proof.
