1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed after confirmation.
Once confirmed, your order enters the production/packing queue.

• Processing Time: Same day or next working day

• No orders are processed on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Timeframes

Urban Cities (Major Areas)

• Delivery Time: 3 to 5 days after order confirmation

• Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 200 (Flat rate)

Rural / Remote Areas

• Delivery Time: 5 to 7 days

• Standard Delivery Charges: Rs. 200

3. Heavy Weight Orders

For orders above 2.5 KG, additional weight charges apply:

• Base Delivery Fee: Rs. 200

• Additional Charges: + Rs. 100 per extra kg

Example:

• 3.5 KG order → 1 KG extra → 200 + 100 = Rs. 300

• 5 KG order → 2.5 KG extra → 200 + 300 = Rs. 500

(This applies to both urban and rural areas.)

4. Order Confirmation

We dispatch orders only after confirmation via call, SMS, or WhatsApp.
Unconfirmed orders will not be shipped.

5. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, we will share the tracking number so you can monitor your parcel in real-time.

6. Shipping Partners

Rafees Foods works with trusted courier companies to ensure:

(Example: Leopards, TCS, Postex, Daewoo, etc.)

7. Damaged or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is excessively delayed, contact us within 24 hours with pictures or video proof.
We will assist you immediately.

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays.
